Took leather backpack for repair. One of the straps was tearing out in the back. 1st problem was it wasn't ready on Tuesday, the promised day, had to return the next day. 2 days later, the same repair was needed! Excuse was the leather is old/weak, but originally I'd asked the cost to replace the panel, but they only glued the torn area to its support..., so it gave out again. Was told they'd have it fixed on the next Tuesday. Not wanting to walk that far again (in case it wasn't ready), I returned on Thursday. IT WASN'T READY! Told to return Friday. Friday I returned & STILL wasn't ready. Told to come back in 10 minutes. Went for a coffee... Looks like they've used an inferior piece of leather for the 'new' panel (it has a patch to repair a tear/hole). TOTALLY disorganized shop! Each time I'd return they'd have to search through piles of items to find mine!
