BAD COMPANY!! Do not do business with this firm. If you are an American looking for legal services in Medellin do not use this firm. I have been unable to get an accounting of my retainer for over a month. I asked that they return the unused portion of my account since they did not do the work and now they do not respond to my emails. There are many good businesses in Medellin but this firm is not one of them.

This company never accepted retainers. All services were contracted on a fee for service basis. All contracts specfically stated that once the service began, there was no refund. If a contract was terminated by the contractor before it was completed that usually represented a breach of contract although generally a credit for further services might have been offered. If one investigates the only individual who registered a complaint, it appears that he is generally an unsatisfied customer.
