A super professional place to get a permanent straightening. This is all they do there. They have dozens of stations and employees that are highly efficient and know what they are doing. I was in and out in 1.5 hours, in comparison to other places I’ve had this done and took around 4-6 hours. They price according to the amount of material they use, which I found very fair. I needed to get my roots done after 5 months, have pretty thin but very wavy hair. I paid 160 mil for the straightening and also bought shampoo and mask for an additional 80 mil. I deducted a star since the woman actually doing the straightening made me feel very bad about my level of Spanish (which I’ve been practicing for over a year), and just decided I can’t speak it. Didn’t try to communicate well, when I didn’t understand something she said she just kept repeating it over and over, instead of trying to explain it a different way. When a colleague came over to help she informed them I don’t speak Spanish. It hurt my feelings and also stressed me out a bit because felt like I couldn’t ask her questions or might not understand the instructions she gave me for after care. Would still recommend going. \u200d️

The best keratin I've gotten in my life! The staff was very profesional and they knew about their products. I was in and out of the salon in less than 3 hours (I have a lot of hair). I was very pleased with Tatiana's service definite a must if your are thinking on getting a keratin done!

Es excelente el producto si te lo cuidas adecuadamente siguiendo las instrucciones. No me gustó la última ves que fui ya que me demoraron 5 horas para un proceso y eso que mi cabello no es tan largo lo tengo a media espalda ni cuando lo tenia largo le demoraron todo eso. Pero en fin les recomiendo el lugar los productos son muy buenos.
La supervisora muy amable. Solo atienden por turnos. Muy deferentes con sus clientas y dan detalle de regalo después del servicio. Recomendado
