They got me in a few hours before I left for the airport. Work was clean. Staff friendly and professional. Our artist which I didn't catch his name was light handed and precise. Will come back to get more pieces. Glad we found this place, this tattoo was a souviner to myself and I am totally happy with it !

I am from Los Angeles and I made an appointment with Felix to get a tattoo while visiting Medellin for 2 days. I was in regular contact before I got into town. I messaged him a few times the day I was supposed to show up to confirm payment options. I arrived at the shop on time and he told me he couldn't do the tattoo until 8 days later. I'm very disappointed, was really excited to get a tattoo while traveling to Colombia for the first time. I spoke with some locals and they apologized for him and said that's how tattoo guys are in Medellin. If you are traveling here and wanting a tattoo, don't waste your time with these idiots...
This place don't offer any respect for new customers. I set an appointment one month beforehand, I called them few days before the tattoo session to confirm, and the artist confirmed, then at morning he said he can do it at afternoon, well everything was a "yes and no". They canceled my tattoo session on the same day of my appointment, with the excuse that the tattoo artist was having a difficult week, when I got there to ask for my deposit back , he was tattooing somebody else. He offered me other artist which didn't belong to the studio. Please don't get a tattoo where you are not treated with respect. They have good quality but the customer service SUCKS. So sad for them.
