These guys are fantastic! They're very knowledgeable, speak English and genuinely care about the life of your bike. I brought my Honda there and they had no issues working on it. The entire staff is a pleasure to talk to and are always willing to help where they can.

Nothing special just a normal bmw store, the staff don't look so happy to sell anything here.
Their incompetence and negligence nearly cost me my life and totaled my K1200S. I brought my bike in for service and while it was there they changed “recalled” parts. One of the parts had to do with the front brake. I picked up the bike as they were closing for the weekend. As I was putting on my helmet the last guy there closed the door and left. I left and noticed the “ABS brake failure” light was flashing longer than normal and it didn’t shut off as I headed up Las Palmas. I figured I’d head in Monday when they opened to have them see what was going on. As I was entering a corner in Las Palmas, that I’ve entered no less than 200 times before, I applied approximately 65% braking pressure to the front brake lever. Before I knew it the front wheel locked up and I was hitting the asphalt. The motorcycle was totaled and I spent months recovering and I am still not recovered to this day. I’ve been riding motorcycles for 40 years and road bikes for 24. I’m a former motor officer with extensive training and experience. I rode the motorcycle from Seattle to Colombia and spent over two years riding around Colombia. I have never been down nor been in an accident until that day. Ruta 40 delivered the bike without checking to see if it was working properly. They pulled it off the work station and handed it over to me with an ABS brake failure issue. I personally believe it was beyond an ABS issue due to how quickly the front wheel locked up under normal braking conditions on dry pavement. Their absolute incompetence in delivering a bike with a failed brake system and without testing/verifying work done is inexcusable and negligent at best. It nearly cost me my life and it did cost me a beautiful BMW bike.
Buy far very happy with there service. On time and took me rite in.

Me encanto la atención prestada! La ubicación es buena pero no tienen parqueadero para dejar su coche o moto mientras uno entra al almacén. Si aparcas tu moto justo afuera del almacén arriesgas que Movilidad te multe.
