I will start and say that I am a generous giving this place 3 Stars! I Visited in Mama Mia Ristorante for New Year Dinner, Me and my friends were seated really fast when we arrived, then we had to wait like 30 minutes just to get some water, the 1st Dish arrived after 45 minutes, drinks also after 45 minutes, as well we got Dishes that we didn't order, over all the 5 courses to like 3 hours with huge delays, the only good thing about the experience was the Quality and taste of food that was pretty good. Noon of the staff didn't speak any English and was super hard to Communicate. Over all if you have a 3 hour extra in your day and want to eat regular food that can be a good choice.

Fantastic time at the new year eve party! Food was incredible and the drinks they have were delicious and priced right! We had the 5 course dinner menu and we were very impressed. High Quality and very reasonably for the beautiful hotel that they are located at.

Good food but slow service and waitress didn't know what was going on. I got my food pretty quickly (octopus) which was pretty good. But my friends had to wait probably 1 1/2 hrs to get their food and we were the only people in the restaurant.

My friend and I went there on New Year’s Eve. We paid a lot to get in for the NYE party but we wanted to get food first. So we sat at the bar. We were given the normal menus and when we tried to order, they said that we could only order from the NYE menu. Why give us the normal menus to begin with? This same thing happened with many others that came in. The manager was standing beside us at the bar and was complaining about another group of customers that arrived late. What kind of employee or “manager” (using that word liberally in this case) complains about other guests? There was clearly no direction that was given to the employees and everybody seemed to be confused. We ordered the 5-course menu. Over an hour later, our first course (caesar salad) had not come out yet. We just sat at the bar, watching other customers get frustrated, many of them leaving. It was like watching a train wreck in slow motion. In fact, we spoke with a very nice couple who sat at a table and did not even get served. We ended up going to a much better place. We told the staff we were leaving. They did not refund our entry fee and we paid for our drinks after taking 10 min to get our bill for those. I would like to think that this place would be better under normal circumstances, but with the lack of professionalism and management, I would never give it a chance. Spend your money somewhere else. There are a ton of nice restaurants in this area.

It’s hard to believe that the food could be this bad and the service even worse. Some on the wait staff were nice but my friends and their children hardly ate a few bites of their food. There was no still water available, desserts were horrible and our female waitress was abismal. One of the worst experiences in Medellin after multiple visits and 6 months living here.

Went to Colombia with some friends and this was a place we choosed the 2nd night. Great food, great service, relaxing vibes. I highly recommended this place if your in town for a little.
