If you want to learn Spanish I highly recommend you select a different school. The teaching system does not work, there are insufficient teachers and classes, the book you are asked to buy is never used. Not many teachers it seems have any training how to teach a language. The customer service and administration is very unorganized. Chose another school.

This place has some good teachers, but there is a lack of structure and organisation. All staff members are super friendly, but I've improved my Spanish rapidly elsewhere.

It isn’t well organized, there is no consistency in many things they do. And it is almost impossible to contact anyone when you need help. Most of the teachers are really nice and friendly and can teach grammar and Spanish really well (In Spanish of course), however the way the program is run is a total joke. Stay away and pay more to go to a better school such as UPB as you probably would have a more professional and consistent experience. That is my suggestion, if you are willing to dish out a little more money and have a better experience including the possibility of earning college credits. PS don’t expect them to honor any of the promotions they advertise, mine mentioned that books were included in the ad, but in the end charged me a lot of money for books and when I mentioned the advertisement, they told me it was no longer applicable even though it was still posted and being advertised. Later, I found out my classmate got free books, so obviously they are working off commission trying to take every penny out of you! Not a straightforward neither a pleasant process for me and some other people I have talked to.

I have been trying to reach customer service for the last 2 weeks. No answers. I visited the school and was told "there is no one here that speaks English please come back later" which they had to type on Google translate for me. HAHAH THIS IS A SCHOOL? What a joke. I see these scammers now writing back to reviews..... in SPANISH!! HAHAHAH They cannot even respond to English reviews in ENGLISH. Whoever reads this review please have some common sense and if you're thinking about this school just burn your money instead?

Thiefs!!! They robbed my money for "pretend" Spanish classes. No one at that whole school speaks English. HOW ARE YOU TEACHING AMERICAN STUDENTS?!!?!!!

In short the best place to learn Spanish in Medellin. Excellent teachers, super friendly staff and a great ambiance. Very recommended!!!!
