I had a 2.5 month stay here. It's on a quiet street in a beautiful neighbourhood. There are three grocery stores within a 3 minute walk and dozens of coffee shops and restaurants within 5 minutes. The building itself is modern and clean. I'd 100% recommend Ivy Laureles to my friends and family visiting Medellin.

I stayed 2 weeks & loved the apartment & building. Very quiet street & walking distance to the bars on ave 70 & several restaurants. The rooftop terrace has great views & very relaxing to sip Wine. Will be back soon!

I stayed for 6 weeks. Beautiful brand new apartment, furnished very elegant. Best street in laureles, quiet, little traffic. Friendly staff and neighbors. Perfect location for food, fun, entertainient. Fastest internet in town. Highly recommend for long or short term.

The Coworking is in a super great part of the city. Also, I get download speeds of about 10 mbs. The apartments are clean, well furnished and everyone is nice.

Los apartamentos son muy bonitos y limpios, completamente amoblados! en la terraza puedes tomar clases de yoga y tambien puedes usar el coworking gratis durante tu estadía. Very clean apartments all furnished, with wifi fibra optic. I liked they're pet friendly, and also can use the coworking free!
