Buenos para todo servicio que sea cobrado. Pero el respaldo de agencia en cuanto a garantía, no existe. Es un riesgo invertir en cualquier marca que importe DERCO. Update ( Jan 6th, 2020 ) - it has been over a month and Suzuki has yet to acknowledge there is an issue with my car. The transmission kicks when putting the car into D even on the slightest incline. I've driven well over 20 cars mostly automatic for over 20 years and they say they have to teach me how to use an automatic transmission. The doors don't close when the car is on uneven terrain and they say they can't diagnose the problem until I come down to show them. I have a 3 year old and no car. I look after my daughter and these people need to inconvenience me so I go and try shut a door for them. I asked them to simply put the rear passenger wheel on any ramp and the issue could be easily witnessed. They haven't sent proof of anything nor even apologized for leaving my daughter and I without a car for so long. Mr. Marco Fidel C. and all of Suzuki are nothing but unprofessional. Do yourself a favor, if you are a foreigner, expat, have 1 car and a child, run away. The rest of the people here are used to this kind of horrible service and don't care at all that their rights are being violated.

Me Quejo por el servicio del Taller Se lleva el vehículo por Garantía por un repuesto nunca lo hay, toca esperar casi un mes hasta que llegue. Cobran demasiado dinero por lo poco que le hacen al carro.
