The escalator is really nice to see. You can go there by yourself or with a guided tour. It is really crowded by tourist so it is really safe to go in this area within the comuna 13. But the best is in the top at the end of the last escalator where you will find the “black and white comuna 13” dance crew. They are doing a short show if there are enough people around. Really enjoyed it and also the flair of this place! See videos & fotos!
