Been going here consistently for almost 18 months now, but they’ve lost a customer. They’ve raised their prices on me 2 times without notice for my laser hair removal. Paid 137mil last October for a 2-5 minute procedure. Then they raised the prices to 154mil on the first of January, 2020. Now, I go in on March 24, and they raised their prices again to 160mil, without notice. It’s okay to raise your prices, it’s not ok to raise your prices without notice before procedures are done, especially if this is 8 session treatment.

Why set an appointment if you don't follow the time. Waste of time, had an appointment and waited 1 hour. No one seems to be professional enough to at least apologies for the wait. Even after of waiting with an appointment no said anything.

Excellent Dermatology clinic. Dr. Ana Maria Abad Velez speaks english well. Prices of services are of course much lower as compared to The United States.
