Metro Cable is an Excellent transportation system. It's good for tourists to see the city and good for the community because the Metro Cable makes it easy to get to neighboring communities on the hills. The ride was very smooth. The cars are clean and they look like new. It is the fastest way to reach those comunas that otherwise would be unreachable.

One of the best and cheap way to get around in Medellin Colombia. Very clean and very modern. I was very surprised to see this in Medellin. The view from above is absolutely amazing. This is a must see if you're visiting Medellin Colombia. The price for the ticket is very cheap, only a few dollars . Very nice and clean. The Colombian paisa are very friendly and nice people. I can't wait to come back and do some paragliding.

A must do in Medellín. The back story behind why these became available is so wonderful, to provide affordable transportation for those on the mountain to commute to work in the city. Getting a birds eye view of the communities on the hillside is a magical experience. You can see kids play ball, outdoor workout facilities, people celebrating on their rooftops, winding streets and hear the music blasting. What a beautiful thing that makes Medellín so special.
Medellin has public transit figured out! It's fast, efficient and clean. A great way to get around and view the city!
