Bonita

Loved the place: great location and price, beautifully furnished. You can tell the owner has an eye for details. I have recommended it to friends planning a vacation to Medellin.

I stayed there 2 times, for two weeks each time . I would recommend this place. It's small but comfortable and well equipped. It has all that is needed for one or two people. The owner is very helpful, and speaks several languages. Of course Spanish and English, and also French. He lives in the building which is very helpful. The location is great, with a parks, running area and plenty of reasonable restaurants, grocery stores, Metro station, and bus routes all within walking distance. And Its within walking distance, or a 2.00 taxi ride to Laureles with upscale restaurants. I prefer this location to Poblado. The apartment has a view of the city with the mountains in the back. Its located on a tree lined residential street. I would not hesitate to stay there again. Lee, from the USA EEUU

"We enjoyed our two week stay in Medellin at Patrice's lovely, 8th floor condo in Velodromo with great balcony views of the city. Perfectly suited for an individual or couple, the condo and the building itself were immaculate, well-equipped and in a lovely, safe, quiet and tree-lined residential community. The area is flat, easily walkable, close to the bike path and an outdoor olympic swimming pool . Excellent access to food shopping, public transportation and local Laureles restaurants. Pictures are a good representation. Patrice was the consummate host and always available if needed. Highly recommended.” Linda & Keith
