Beautiful landscape, interesting information. Ideal activity for children's. You can choose how long to stay and how far you want to hike. The fare is really cheap.

Was inexplicably closed midday during normal hours, which I only discovered after taking a taxi there. Had to walk back into town

Tranquil, beautiful garden with a delightful guide from the university. Taxis know the location, and the entrance folks will call a taxi when you're ready to depart. I walked to the second lookout (mirador) which is about 2.5 hours round trip with just a bit of elevation. It was hot but do wear a cool long-sleeved shirt and long pants. Take sunscreen, water and a hat.
