I’m sorry, but what type of intercity bus service allows visibly intoxicated patrons to ride? I’m on your bus to Medellin now and a man in the back is ranting loudly in a slur of words; practically yelling. He was doing this for 20 minutes before we left the terminal in Guatapé and no one escorted him off the bus. The other passengers have left their assigned seats to cram together in the front, away from the drunk. I will be shocked if he doesn’t puke before the end of this ride, given the winding road.

I saw you can buy the tickets online or you just go there and buy the tickets for Medellin, it costs 16,000COP. They take you to Terminal del Norte
Good. Taxi staff were helpful for taxi. Bus stop are very close but they may not help
