Amazing hospital. Not only are the doctors very professional and efficient but kind I would recommend it anytime of the week.

Unfortunately being the “best” hospital in Colombia or being accredited by the Joint Commission is meaningless when it comes to patient care in this hospital. My mother was admitted 1-26-16 for a hysterectomy whose post-op care only took 3 days. Then she was sent home. A week later my mother had to be re-hospitalized for a high fever. The tests showed that my mother had developed a UTI from the Foley placed during the surgery. She was in there for approximately 10 days on antibiotics. I complained to the directives of the hospital because it is NOT ACCEPTABLE that a patient had to go back to the hospital for an error in procedure. I filed my report on 2-9-16. Today is 4-11-16 and no one from that place has had the time to answer my complaints. If such error would have happened in the USA, the hospital would have to pay for the treatment and hospitalization costs. But that’s not the case in Colombia where patients even in private and well stablished health care institutions are at the mercy of whatever and however they want to treat them. There is no one overseeing the performance of these hospitals. Basically if you need to go to a hospital and you think that because you have the funds you are going to be just fine, well that is not the case. You are on your own and you better have deep pockets because you cannot leave until you pay them in full. Even if that means paying for the hospital OWN errors. I wonder how often and conveniently these type of mistakes happen? How many patients have to go back for additional treatments secondary to hospital misshapens? Is anyone keeping a record of these “situations”? My mother and her insurance had to pay for the full hospitalization, as if it was their fault that the hospital staff ignores what the meaning of a sterile procedure is. As evidence shows being the best in Colombia, only means that no one is keeping record of your mediocrity….
Excelente clínica y medicina. Pero pésimo nivel de administración: el call centre casi nunca contesta y no hay buen servicio por teléfono. Además cobran tarifas más altas a los residentes con cédula de extranjería, una práctica poca ética.

Un lugar excelente para cualquier viajante extranjero que se encuentre en Bogotá. Servicio inigualable y me atrevo a decir, el mejor de todo el continente.
Son demasiado negligentes. Mi tío falleció HACE 10 DIAS por covid-19 y a la fecha de hoy 19 de Enero no han entregado sus cenizas sencillamente porque no lo han ni cremado. Son 10 días de tristeza, ansiedad y espera. Por favor no jueguen con el sentir de sus familiares, suficiente con haber perdido a nuestro ser querido.
Un buen lugar para trabajar. Atiende de manera humana a los pacientes y cuenta con personal altamente calificado para atender a los usuarios. Tiene variedad en su portafolio de atención
