Like many others have said here, it’s just not clean. Everything is old, disorganized, dirty and covered in dust or falling apart. Probably it was once a great place but it’s time to toss in the towel.

I felt ripped off and the service was poor I fell into the trap of buying a package following the pressure of Doctor Castro - the truth is that it was not clear what i bought and each session was different, each session was a nightmare to schedule, required lots of waiting and hours that I could not afford to spend there. Not to mention I had no intention to get treatments that required injections. When i asked my money back they refused to let me talk to a supervisor and simply sent me a very rude email explaining that by law they had no obligations to refund me - not even an attempt to apologize for my concerns. I have never seen a price-list, they charge whatever they want and they bargain with promotions depending how tough you are. I felt ripped off and the service was poor, extremely inefficient personnel, sloppy facilities. I do not recommend.

Excellent service and kind staff. I live in the US and have been using anti-aging treatments for decades. The service, professionalism and kindness of Dr. Castro and her staff is among the best I've received in 20 years of treatments in the US.

I did the facial treatment at the Clinica Antienvejecimiento. The people working there are nice. The treatment was ok but the room where I was at was freezing cold! I asked for an extra blanket but they only had another bathing gown. Especially at the end, when you get an ice mask on your face which stays there supposedly for 20 minutes (I think they forgot me and my friend as we lay there, freezing for 40 minutes until someone came again) it gets extremely cold, which made me really NOT enjoying it. Also there is noise all the time from a door-opening system. I could not relax at all.
