The knife selection is an interesting touch and the staff is excellent, but the food is not worth the price and the atmosphere isn't worth half of that (the floor looks like it was stolen from a cheap diner). The association with Carmen (maybe my favorite restaurant in the city) may have made me expect too much, but I've actually paid less at Carmen for a much better experience. And you can get a better steak and cocktails on the other side of the block! There are too many good steak places in Medellin to go here.

Good food, solid service. Wasn’t mind blowing, off the charts amazing, but a bit overhyped to be honest. Still recommend to try but may be a bit pricey vs. your expectations/reality

Steak cooked to perfection. Best part is they give you the option if you would like to keep the bone ... I ate the bone right there for more flavor and it was out of this world. The chicken liver foie gras was an off menu appetizer that was out of this world. Beef tartare was a bit bland.

The food and the service were magnificent. The only thing we did not love was the ceviche. It was a little different than most ceviches I have tried. I suggest the Porterhouse a medio termino... med rare I believe that is. The idea of picking your own knife was neat and creative. I feel bad giving this place 4 stars, but if there was a 4.5 I would definitely pick that.

Simply an amazing Experience. Again even though this is a steakhouse I also like to taste the other items due to the fact that if they can master other dishes instead of just the main attraction, Then you definitely must be doing something right. I can honestly say I truly enjoyed myself and so did my taste buds. I went with the 5 course menu which started of with a delicious ceviche.... out of this world by the way. Then continued to the grilled octopus which was perfectly cooked and the Meyer Lemon sauce was on point. Next came the pork belly gnocchi. It tasted like the gnocchi had been made with cornmeal as well which was a nice surprise. Following came the steak. It was a new York strip with a cooked perfectly in temperature. For being a dry aged steak I feel it could have had a tinnnnny bit more flavor. But where that lacked a bit the potato made up for it. Final piece to this 5 course adventure was what I think was the key lime pie. It had a wonderful flavor and also amazing crust. If I had to say a place where this restaurant could use a little improvement would be in the timing of the serving. My co-patrons received their main course as we received our 1st course they were done eating theirs by the time we reached our 3rd course and had to watch us eat for the remaining courses. I would suggest possibly bringing it out just a bit later. Other than those tiny things. I would highly suggest everyone to try Don Diablo. Cheers and Seasons Eatings.

The ribeye was undercooked and it was the worse ribeye I have ever eaten. I was unable to eat most of it because I was unable to cut into the raw meat. The service sucked and the price for that garbage was insane.
