Beautiful little plaza. Quieter place in the old city with good restaurants.

Very nice, tourist area, lots of shops, 100s of street vendors selling stuff to eat. Could just walk around all day tasting and eating all the different things they sell, arepas, yucca, empanadas, fruit, etc. Etc. Lots and lots of history. Excellent place to take alot of photos. Some very nice shops. Prices are very reasonable. Just do the conversion. Excellent vacation. Very, very good time. Loved it. Lots and lots of good experiences. Taste buds also liked it. Would definitely recommend, get a place at Boco Grande and visit Centro. visit the beach, Castillo San Philippe. Lots of street sellers, just say no and keep walking Lol

Beautiful plaza to walk around with the family. We were able to see all the colonial structures in the area around Plaza de San Diego.
Good place to hang out at night the square is full of small bars that over look the square
Another plaza in old town Cartigina Colombia where at night the place comes alive bnb with folk dance g and other activities.
A great place for restaurants, including Juan Del Mar and El Balcon. There's always something going on to make things interesting. The only downside are the walking vendors who can be annoying. Most just move on after a polite "no gracias" but some refuse to take the hint! If this bothers you just eat inside or upstairs at El Balcon.
