Poli is wonderful!!!! I can not recommend her highly enough. She helped me to recover my flexibility, range of motion and strength after a brutal shoulder injury. After physical therapy my injury was healed but my body was twisted and imbalanced... just 2 weeks with Poli and I am already in the gym training with weights again and am no longer scared to move and push myself. Thank you Poli!!! ️
The best place for Pilates in Cartagena. Poli is very nice, speaks english fluently and is extremely professional.
10/5/18. At this time Google has this studio at the Dunia Restaurante. Studio is actually 1/2 block south of Dunia Restaurante on the same side of Cr 4. Also lovely studio. Great 1 on 1 classes for great price. Love Poli. Very knowledgeable. Visiting from US for 8 days. Came here almost every morning. You should definitely come here!
