A good hotel with a nice bar... but dont aspect to sleep very well as its really noisy and a lot of sex workers in front of the hotel at night...

This was my second visit to this hotel this year, and I enjoyed it just as much as the first time, if not more. The room on the first floor was larger with a long balcony. The air conditioning was efficient, which it needs to be in Cartagena. The staff were friendly and helpful. The views of the Torre and the Plaza de los Coches are just as exciting. The reception area to the hotel is being modernised so I expect that will be even better in future. You have to enjoy being in a lively environment day and night, but that said I really like this hotel.
so many annoying vendors. they are very aggressive and will follow you around if you show any interest. best to just ignore them.
We spent two nights at this hotel, it's a historic building, so the room was old and not soundproofed. There's a happening bar lounge on the roof, and because of the hotel located in the centre of lots of nightlife, the music was blaring until the early hours of the morning. If you were drunk, you probably would be able to sleep. Otherwise, earplugs might help. There was a firework show in the middle of the night on our last night, it was wonderful to watch it from the balcony.
Ambiance, nice people, convenient to Clock Tower area. Accommodations very basic and lack some things one could normally expect. Some deferred maintenance.
Awesome location and excellent service
Came here to the rooftop bar. Good view and nice people watching spot over the spuare but beer is not the cheapest and service was poor.
