How could I forget to review. April 2018.This was such a great experience. Awesome owners and staff. The price was right.. The boat was stable. They helped my not so ready buddy get trained. John the dive instructor was phenomenal. Went to other dive shops and looked around. This just had the best vibe in general and seemed to love what they do. Not a single issue or complaint. Can not wait for the opportunity to dive with them again.

I had an awesome experience with Cartagena divers and it is the diving school I would recommend. I started the open water course and had a great experience on the dives and with the instructors. The Cartagena divers Team is professional, helpful and I felt secure doing the dives. You also won't have a problem if you don't speak Spanish. I decided to do the advanced open water, the first aid and secondary care course and the rescue diver course. So I spend two and a half weeks in Cartagena and every day and every dive with Cartagena divers was just a wonderful experience that I can warmly recommend. Thanks Juana for that great time!\u200d️
Cartagena Divers are awesome. First, they are very professional. They explain everything thoroughly, make sure you understand, then demonstrate before you try yourself. Second, the hours are 7am-12pm for dives, so you only use up a morning in Cartagena, not your whole day. Third, the price was less than competition in the area, and much less than in the United States for getting a certification. I got an open water certification and had a great time. My trainers could speak both English and Spanish. Daniel was great, and Juana ("Moana") was even more awesome. She made me feel safe and I had a blast. She is an excellent Scuba Instructor, and I can't recommend her, or Cartagena Divers enough. If you will be in Cartagena, why not get certified or going diving on 1 or 2 mornings on your trip? You will love the experience and thank me afterward! 100% recommendation! Los buceadores de Cartagena son increíbles. Primero, son muy profesionales. Had an amazing morning with these guys, two dives. First one to shipwrecks and and underwater museum and the second one to a beautiful coral reef. Both around baru island. I can really recommend, to go diving with them! Thank you!
Had a wonderful experience with these guys. The most professional Scuba company I've had the pleasure to go diving with. The equipment was brand new and very good quality. They are super friendly and knowledgeable. Everything was delivered as promised. I will make of them my diving partners every time I come back to Cartagena.
Donny is the best scuba instructor ever! He was so helpful and knowledge with my sister and I. He also was very accommodating to my mother who got a bit sea sick! The crew was awesome as well! They are all so kind, friendly and welcoming! Look no further if you are interested in Scuba diving or any other of the awesome services they offer! Thanks again Donny and the rest of the crew!
I was traveling alone and came to Cartagena Divers to see if I could get out on a boat with them the next day. I had to wait a few hours to confirm that they were going out the next day, but they let me know by text message that it would be happening. They were friendly and helpful from the initial interaction in the shop to my leaving them after the dives the following day. I was just out for a couple of fun dives, not any training. They basically took care of everything for me, so all I had to do was have fun on my dive. Great crew, great day. Thanks! My only minor complaint is that the shop and where they depart for dives are far away from each other. This is not a significant issue, but something that comes to mind.
The experience was absolutely fantastic! A special thanks to our Divemaster Danny Lotero, he made my wife and I feel safe and comfortable. Their equipment was in excellent condition, the boat was large and comfortable and the dive groups were very small. We saw some incredible sights and I experienced my first ship wreck dive. Thanks Danny, I'll be back my friend :-)
