Cozy and perfect location! The rooms have great space and the beds were comfortable. The staff were so friendly and helpful to us! We stayed with them for a few nights visiting the old city and couldn’t find a taxi to take us to the airport! They offered to take us on such short notice! Incredibly helpful!
I dont understand the rave reviews. This place sucks. Its tiny. It looks nothing like the photos, and the breaksfast that is included does not count as breakfast. The coffee doesnt even count as coffee! The bathroom is nice. Other than that there's nothing good to say.
Priced right and located close enough, i have been come to cartagena for over 14 year and i have stayed a many different hotels, but none better then this for the price to value. Clean, quiet and wifi works well.
Place is super close to the city center. You can walk outside and have access to all the shops, restaurants and places to see. Excellent customer service. I realize there was a language barrier but they still did their best to explain everything we needed to know. Handed us a map and showed us all the nice places to eat and even helped us arrange Isla Baru day trip. Place is also safe as the gate is always locked. Our room was super clean and shower had hot and cold water running (although you will only need cold water, considering how HOT it is outside) . This place is also quite close to grocery store in case you need some late night munching. If I ever visit Cartagena again, I will definitely try to stay here. :)
