this place is a set up we cought security in our room going threw our stuff they stole our money .also if we came to our apartment after 12am they would not let us in unless we payed them 100mil just to get in our room.wich is almost 50 dollars us .this place is shady ..
Very clean building, staff isn't really helpful but it's OK. The location is fantastic and the cost of renting wasn't bad at all.

Clean, quite apartment complex. Rooms are spacious and A/C really turns the apartment into an ice box (good if you really can’t stand the heat). Preferred the balcony, although view is not that great since you face the ocean and a lot of buildings under construction near by. There is 24/7 doorman but they are sneaky, didn’t have change once to pay a cab so I asked one guy and he took money just to break my larger bill.. also just to go across the street to the beach they wont let you like have a tshirt off or you have to have footwear to go out (even in the scorching heat), thought that was odd. Overall safe for the time being, nothing amazing about this particular apartment.
Don't waste your time or money! First thing we saw when we walked in was a fat cockroach. We actually rented a place for a month here. They charge you for the grill the staff is LESS then helpful, and you get hammered by vendors as soon as you walk out the building. The amenities are nice until you find out that you can USE ANY OF THEM. because it's policy, the hot tub is cold, the pool closes at 6pm. it cost you 15 to grill and you have to fill out an application like a job submit it...THEN WAIT 24 hours for the approval to use the grill. The sauna is off limits also. the security is a joke and our apartment had ant's and cockroaches on the 27th floor... half the electrical outlets don't work, and if it rains for 1 min you will lose power... It's not the buildings fault but the beach is butt ugly, don't waste your time or money here. Colombia is a beautiful country with ton's to offer, you will get over charged and not enjoy your visit here, look into other beach town's there are many and they offer more at a better price.
HORRIBLE!!!!!! Don't waste your time or MONEY IN RENTING HERE. The person who made my reservation was super nice but the apartment was EXTREMELY RUN DOWN.ESTA ... WITH ROACHES and not cleaned properly. I took pictures and video and showed it to the attendant. NO PIERDAN TIEMPO NI DINERO. NO RENTEN AQUI. ESTA SUCIO Y DETERIORADO!!!! Tome fotos y videos y se lo enseñe a la Muchacha.
The apt was trash #901 and the person at the front desk where super rude specially a guy that thought himself as the owner of the place. We pay top dollar for the apt and the fotos they send where from another apt not the one we got. The beds where a disgrace as well as the badrooms disguting, in other words total scam. We pay for 15days and after 10 we moved to Intercontinental Hotel to enjoy our final days in Cartagena dont recomend it unless you see it for your self and book direct.
