Disappointing, service was terrible from beginning to end, waiters are neither gentle nor interested in giving any sort of service. We waited at the bar since the place was full, it was awfully dirty, a dirty cup of tea sitting next to the mixers, to our left an empty bottle of wine still in the chiller wetting the table, which was clearly not clean; from the place we were sitting we could see over the counter trough the reflection in some dirty mirrors,it was clear that they didn't care for having a clean bar, all the bottles were open, dirty glassware everywhere. The food was OK, but not for the price paid, plain and predictable flavors do not do justice to the beautifully designed menu (although extremely long), overall not a great experience, in my opinion this is a place that's currently living of a recently found fame, that's not interested in having customers leave with a good impression. The ambience of the place is good, cozy and comfortable but this is absolutely appalled by the awful service and poor food. This place predates on a public that might not be too familiar with good Japanese food-sushi. There are way better options for sushi like "sushigozen" or even just "wok" which says a lot. I don't recommend it, just look somewhere else and you'll be better off.
