No parking, no air conditioning, the front door is locked and the service is bad. We just wanted a new lampshade in the same size, and two frozen brass parts separated. What we got, after driving across town 3 times, was a shade in the wrong size, and the frozen parts were handed back to us untouched. They also forget to give us the parts on our second trip there. Do yourself a big favor, and buy your lamps and lampshades basically anywhere else.
