So you pay 1st for the liquor and you can return the unused sealed liquor that you did not used and have your money back, This rarely happens in Cali but is a good choice if you have an event. The most convenient liquor store in the City. I wish they had a better website and delivery service available, but still, they have the wider collection and stock of wine and liquors in the city. Absolutely recommend it.
