The front desk lady is seriously disrespectful with people’s time. She told me the wait is 30min, so I waited 30 min. Then another 30 min passed and still nothing. Wasted a whole hour and didn’t get anything done. Please be mindful of people’s time! Never coming back.

I went to get my hair trimmed here and they totally chopped of an uneven, now I have to let my hair grow our. When I went back to get it fixed the individual that cut my hair wasn't working there anymore. The front desk lady is not the nicest either. Don't recommend for haircuts nor nails, find a small spot to do your nails. I do recommend their wax services even though you have to wait a while after given a ticket.
I ended up with a bad infection after getting a pedicure here. The woman cut into the skin by my (healthy) nail, which hurt quite a bit, and then scowled at me as though I shouldn't have flinched. She argued with me when I wanted to choose a polish that wasn't dark red, and my toe has been in a lot of pain and very infected immediately after getting the pedicure here, right where she was cutting me. I wouldn't go back. Gonna have to make a trip to the doctor, not worth it.
