Best flower shop in Cali! I sent flowers from Canada to my grandma in Cali and she absolutely loved them! The delivery was right on time and the flowers look even better than the photos. The costumer service from Camilo was absolutely amazing! Will definitely be buying from them again. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

I placed an order for a flower arrangement from Los Angeles, California to be delivered to Cali, Colombia through WhatsApp. Camilo was very helpful from beginning to end with this order. There was a bit of a problem at first with one of the payment platform he sent me to use for payment and we had to wait a bit to see if payment would get approved . It took a long time and I was about to cancel the order when Camilo said that he would send the arrangement and we could work out the payment later in another platform. He assured me that he would process the order and not to worry. About one hour later or so, my friend was very happy with her beautiful flower arrangement and so was I, that she received it. He then sent me the other platform that he uses and there was no problem and the payment went through with no problem. Camilo gave excellent costumer service, he went way and above on making sure that I was happy with my order. I wish him the best in his business, keep up the good work, be honest and God bless you. NO COMPREN EN ESTE LUGAR!!! No sean como nosotros todos los que hemos sido afectados por el pésimo servicio, por no leer estas calificaciones o hacer caso omiso de ellas. Un día que se supone debía ser especial, se convierte en un suplicio por la mala logística, la pésima atención al cliente y el incumplimiento de este lugar: En su pagina ponen lo siguiente: – Tenemos 3 HORAS HABILES después de finalizada la compra para poder entregar el producto. PASARON 7 HORAS PARA LA ENTREGA. – Recuerda que en FECHAS ESPECIALES debes ser flexible con la hora de entrega. FLEXIBLE ES CUANT0? 24 HORAS? – Toda la flor que usamos es flor del día eso quiere decir que es fresca, así la duración de cada arreglo será mayor. NO SON FLORES FRESCAS. Mi familia perdió su reserva para el almuerzo, por no poder salir a tiempo ya que no llegaba el ramo. RESPUESTAS: QUE EL TRACON. QUE EL COVID QUE MUCHOS PEDIDOS. QUE VOY A LLAMAR AL DOMICILIARIO. MIL EXCUSAS QUE NO JUSTIFICAN UNA LOGISTICA TAN MALA!!

Excelente servicio, muy buen precio y muy buena calidad de las flores. Tal como en la página web, aunque yo diría que más grande y más bonito. El ramo llegó justo a tiempo a pesar de ser día de Amor y Amistad. Les agradezco mucho por permitirme enviar un regalo a mi madre a pesar de vivir al otro lado del mundo.
