Absolutely one of the best veterinary clinics around Bogotà. We brought in our puppy Charlie for a full check up after another clinic found him positive to a severe illness and told us that he needed to be treated for it. The doctors in Novavet have been super useful, they checked the exams results, gave us inputs and suggested 3 more tests to make sure that our dog was fine. They have explained us all in details and also gave us information about the risks of treating the dog for us to be able to take an informed decision. Useless to say how good this is, it makes you feel like you are actually helping your furry friend! We were very worried for him and the doctors Diana and Marco have been really kind in answering to all of our questions also via phone call. I would absolutely recommend this clinic if you find yourself in the area and you need a vet. The prices they offer are absolutely honest and they really care a lot about the wellbeing of animals so you can be sure that they will not prescribe exams or medicines if they are not needed!
