Very limited packaged food (fruit/cheese). If you want buffet - that’s 7 extra. You even need to ask for water. Alcohol is limited to beer, 1 can per person (sic!). They have a lot of space and good bed-like chairs(you can actually sleep there), but that’s all on the positive side. Marathon distance between bar and restrooms. Space planning makes zero sense. Not the worst lounge, but definitely not a good one.

Although very beautiful they charge 7 extra for not very good food. Further, they only serve beers. It's an absolute joke. No other lounge I have ever been to in the world was like this.

This is one of the best lounges I have had a chance to visit in over 100 flights. My only issues were the meals cost a bit extra and the excessive use of plastic, it's terrible for the environment and very irresponsible to wrap all these fruits that will be consumed momentarily.

I mean I travel all over the world for my poetry writings and visit lots of lounges. This one is one of the best though! Very well designed and decorated, massive, interactive. It’s like a mini village!

Plenty of couches to offer you a good nap with fast WiFi! This lounge is enormous and you’ll always find a spot to be comfy. The free buffet is basic and limited, and there is a restaurant you can pay 7USD to access which has more options. There are showers and a spa here, and you receive 2 free drink coupons on arrival.

Two drinks included with a set list of liquors (no champagne), some beer, and a few wine options. Not sure how you get more drinks since they only give you two drink tickets. Simple snacks were mostly chips and candy with meat on white bread as sandwiches. If you wanted more than snacks, you could pay for food. Bar is extremely far from everything, so you have to leave your belongings if you don’t want to sit in the bar. Not really sure what all the hype was. We left after 30 minutes and went to other lounges that were more inviting. Sure, lots of space and seats, but not really somewhere you’d be able to spend a lot of time unless you want to pay extra to enjoy your time.

I've had much better experiences with other VIP areas at airports that were cheaper, also there was. They seem to have bought their Google reviews.

Great Priority Pass lounge option at BOG. Two free drinks at the bar and the lounge is huge! Gold Museum pieces all around, the buffet is 7 each. We didn't try it, but it looked okay if you are really hungry. Small selection of pastries and tiny sandwiches. The cheese bread was delicious! Bottled water only available and the herbal tea was pretty bad. The space makes up for the other deficiencies.
