Pro: The cashier is very helpful and is excellent at keeping me updated about my bike with constant communication on whatsapp. She sent photos and ask for my permission for any changes. I really wanted to like this shop because the staff was so friendly and they were close to my home. Unfortunately, the repair service was disappointing. Cons: My bike came out of the shop worse then it came in! The first week they told me it was ready, they replaced two of the original parts and when I tried it out, the gears were stuck and the chain came off all within riding it for less than a minute. The second week I came to pick it up it was slightly better, but the chain still had issues and the gears kept making a horrid sound. The mechanic then said my Chainring was the issue and that it wasn't straight, so he used a tool to bend it and it seemed okay until I cycled home with it and to work. Now the chain falls off constantly and gears make a horrible snapping sound. I almost crashed twice because of the chain falling off mid cycle on the road. Now the shop says I need to replace the chainring and that it is a special order item. They asked me to give them another chance to fix my bike but I don't trust them! This will be the THIRD part replaced on my bike. They now keep claiming that the chainring was the original problem. So why did it take 2 weeks and two replacement parts to figure out the problem? Now the shop manger tells me that he cannot give me a refund but offers to have ANOTHER mechanic to replace the chainring. The manger says the first mechanic that fixed my bike was new and that he has a profesional mechanic working on my bike for next time. This is horrible management by blaming the new mechanic when it's the manger's responsibility to make sure the staff is properly trained. I have taken my bike to another, more honest shop which told me that the chainring doesn't need replacing at all and will actually last me a long time!

Buen concepto de tienda, excelentes precios y muy buena atención de la señorita encargada. El mecánico me ayudó con el chocle de mis zapatillas que estaba mal puesto y me generaba hormigueo en los pies.
Excelente las bicis que venden, es lo mejor precio Vs beneficio y el servicio y la asesoría son inmejorables, los recomiendo 100%
Me entregaron 2 mtb giga nuevas , y ese mismo día al usarlas tenían problemas mecánicos graves, y a pesar q los resolvieron, siguen los desperfectos operacionales en los frenos, descarrilador delantero. No recomiendo este almacén, muy decepcionado con el servicio de mantenimiento.
Comprar mi Bici ahí ha sido la mejor decisión
