I wanted to do something special for the birthday of a woman who lives in Bogota. Serenity seemed perfect because if offered floatation AND massage - which I did not find with any other spa. There was one problem - Serenity was not set up to process foreign payments. I had an idea and Spa manager Ricardo agreed to make it work. I wire transferred money to Ricardo using Xoom for the floatation / massage package plus more that I asked be given to my friend to pay for her taxi transport and a nice meal. Kelly had a wonderful experience. She told me she will return often because the experience was so relaxing. Ricardo was not able to get his staff to sing happy birthday as I requested, but he made up for it by gifting a facial mud mask to Kelly. I am a hero with Kelly because Ricardo worked so hard to make my gift possible.

Today is my very first experience with Flotation Therapy. In Bogota for one day & messaged through the website when I landed the night before. Paola answered me bright & early in the morning. Communication was easy & immediate. She was very flexible in fitting me into her schedule. I got much more than I expected. With my timing I thought I would only be able to get about 30 mins but I wanted the experience. Well what an experience!!!! 60 minutes later I was leaving the tank, relaxed, renewed, rejuvenated & peaceful. I walked out to the opportunity to have a mini massage & it was amazing. Daniella has amazing, soothing & healing hands. I left in pure bliss. I’ve found my Flotation home. I will definitely be back. I am grateful & extremely thankful I found Serenity Flotation. It truly is SERENITY.

Paola speaks perfect English (from Chicago), and had a great story of self discovery. So it's easy to make an appointment, and she's very sensitive to the concerns first timers may have. It's like floating in the dead sea, but in complete darkness and with ear plugs. Depending on your personal buoyancy, your neck may or may not feel a little uncomfortable in the floating position. The overall experience is mentally freeing and relaxing.
