He has been responsible for the management of dairy production plants, and consolidated his career in the vegetable oils and fats industry, by setting up and managing one of the most renowned production plants in Colombia. Consuelo and Hugo have combined their knowledge to create Savant Oils. This is an international and innovative company that commercializes specialized oils for human consumption with operations in the United States, Colombia, and Mexico.
