Well, we wasted 4 hours trying to find this business to ship presents for Christmas, and we don't really think it exists. After walking in circles for hours, we found an /old/ Pakki.co location about 1 block over, but it was empty and had a for-rent sign. We tried asking the business for their location numerous times on Whatsapp and by calling, but they refused to provide any clues other than the address and told us they were closed at 5pm, even though they are listed as closing at 6pm on Google Maps (actually even their automated Whatsapp response message said it was open until 6). Since we work until 4:30, this basically means the business was not accessible to us. The address that this listing points to shows an unrelated store called "RK Pappeleria", but there is no logo for Pakki.co visible anywhere and the store appeared closed even before 5pm. We asked every security guard, every business, even the one right next to this address, and none of them had ever heard of or seen Pakki.co. When we called them (and they didn't provide any better address about their location), they offered to come pick up the package. However, they said that we needed to measure and weigh the package beforehand since they didn't have a way to charge us? Since we are at a hotel, we obviously don't have access to a scale or a tape measure and they didn't offer any alternative. Overall we found it really sketchy. Based on the pakki.co website, I was expecting a professional company, with real employees, real hours, and a real store location. I was quite disappointed, and we weren't able to send any of our gifts to back home for Christmas.
