Nice museum, which is mainly focused for art exhibitions and history of Colombia. To see everything will take you around 2 hours cause they don't have open all the rooms. Entrance is cheap and building has very interesting history. Recommended to go there!

That's such a nice visit ; I think it used to be a prison, which brings kind of a real charm to the place. Pre-columbian art stuffs were really interesting, and as it's a national museum, you will learn about the Colombian History. Some parts of the museum were closed the day I went there, I don't know if it's due to the Covid context or not. But to go out in the little garden was not allowed and that was because of the Covid. Not all documentation is translated, therefore work your Spanish before the visit
Nice museum. Entrance was free when I went on a Sunday. Staff were nice and the exhibits are mostly interesting. (Not that they should be!) But worth noting that most of the exhibits are in Spanish only.
It’s a long walk you must take with you comfortable shoes the museum has tree floors and it’s wide.
It was such a great experience. A lot of informático to check it out there. You must visit this place
Important to know Colombia history, there a lot of colonialism you can see. The place is so calm and with this classical atmosphere of travelling back to this country
