La agilidad del servicio es normal, en cuanto a la gestión no se puede dar una buena calificación ya que los asesores tienen el acceso muy limitado y todos los procesos que necesitan autorización se demoran tal cual como si se hicieran los trámites por teléfono es decir, 24 a 48 horas hábiles , el sitio en su parte física es agradable pero el servicio es realmente más deficiente cada día.
