I had good luck here. You can self service or pay for them to do it. They do it by weight. I just had a bag from the hotel and I was under the low weight scale. I sat and read a book why I waited for the self serve. They needed to know where i was staying for some reason. The lady was very nice that worked there even though there was a language barrier between us.

It's a little frustrating to pay the most you've ever paid to put your clothes through a washer and dryer (15), hand over every conceivable piece of personal information (full name, phone number, ID number, address), and then be accused of making a run for it after you've finished.
