It's good for a really quick meal or a stand more time and share with Friends ir partners from the work, there is music and good service by the girls. The food is good some potatos with cheese really good! It's a place to have a good break.
Superb place! Food is delicious.
Customer service could have been better, representatives and waiters were rude with the customers, kind of they feel they are the queens and can see you as they want, we were a group of 6 people, 4 of them girls and all of us saw the same thing, service could have more friendly people that has a better approach with customers.
Good professional service the food was exceptional and the employees were very polite and caring. The atmosphere was pleasant the music wonderful and relaxing. Keep up the good work and the exceptional customer service.
Unfortunately, this was not a good experience. Even with an empty bar, the bartender was rude and made me want to leave quickly after arriving. The manager went ahead and comped my tab, but I insisted on paying. AlI wanted to hear was "I'm sorry". Since there was none, I am not sorry to say that I will not be returning.
This place is absolutely horrible!! For starters the place wasn’t that busy. There were plenty of girls just walking around not taking any orders. We sat in our table for approximately 20 mins and never once we got asked if we wanted something to eat or better yet something to drink. My friend attempted to make contact with one of the waitress to see what the delay was all about and all she did is just show the hand telling him to wait some more. I understand if the place was busy and all but the fact that you can’t offer something to drink in 20 mins is unacceptable. We had to get up after that and left to a place called Buffalo Wings across the plaza. The new place immediately attended all of our food and drinks request. By the way Buffalo Wings was a lot busier than Hooters.
