By far an Amazing Experience!!! This has been the first surgical procedure I've undergone and in another country. I had my concerns about getting a procedure done in another country but from the moment I called Hero Institute to the day I had the surgical procedure, I received exceptional customer service. I initially spoke with Maria Consuelo, the consultant who gave me all the information i needed about the procedure and answered all my questions. She remained in communication with me from day 1 to the day i got back home in Florida. The doctor and his team were high quality professionals who attended to my every need. Both the medical treatment and attention given far exceeded by expectations. I highly recommended this institute!

The offices are new and clean and they have the latest technology in this industry. The staff is incredibly attentive and treat you like family. The procedure is not very painful at all, during or after the procedure. The entire staff helps you with all aspects of the healing process, which so far seems fairly quick. I would strongly recommend this office for anyone considering this type of procedure.
