Hi would just like to say that the people who work at this embassy know what are the embassies for. I had quite a big problem to solve, they were extremely nice and even emailed and received me at their office outside working ours. Lina Cortés is just amazing, I have no words to describe how grateful I was to have her helping me sorting out my visa. There was even a moment where I thought to myself that even If they couldn't help me, I will still give them 5 stars because they are really nice and respectful.

Received fantastic support from Lina Cortes and Carla Castelo, without even having to visit the embassy. That's not a small matter! I had contacted various Portuguese embassies (including the ones in NY and Washington D.C.) to assist me but only this one in Bogota was able to resolve my issue. They informed me about the existence of a TVU which allowed me to travel to Lisbon directly to resolve my situation. I received professional, timely responses from Lina - I commend this team on its service!

Esta casa de gran fachada está ubicada en el barrio que da por la parte de arriba del centro comercial Hacienda Santa Barbara y pertenece a un círculo súper exclusivo de residencias en la zona, por supuesto que todo allí es bonito.
