Food was pretty good. A bit pricy. But service was subpar. I was by myself and was given a table in a hidden corner. I told the wait that was fine as long as he would check on my from time to time. My drink was gone half way this delicious meal and even after standing up to place the order, the second drink never came. One of those situations were staff was friendly but did not provide a good service.

After 3 days in Bogota, we wanted some food that would make us have the closest flavors of homemade Colombian food. We found Mondongo in our nearby restaurants search. This a hidden jewel, it’s a very small place, but cozy and organized. I ordered a Guanábana juice and it was delicious as well as the patacones con hogao. As a main entree, I ordered the cazuela de frijoles, and my boyfriend the lomo de res...the taste was incredible! If you tend to eat small portions, this plates would fill you up fast, otherwise you should be satisfied with it. The presentation of the plates were very neat; the hostess, servers and food runners were very professional and friendly. Finally, let me be straight: if you go to a restaurant just to fill up your stomach, you’ll find the restaurant pricey, but if you are the type of person who look for the experience, you will definitely enjoy the place. I saw a whole bunch of bad reviews after eating out over there because of the portions and prices. As I said before, if you’re the type of person who look for the whole experience instead of just the food, you’ll love the place.
Good Colombian food at a very reasonable price
This looks like an upscale restaurant but serves mostly Colombian food so it is an interesting mix. Didn’t find it extraordinary but it is good enough for a quick lunch!
Went there on a business lunch. Typical Colombian fares, nothing too complciated and a bit on the expensive side fo what they put in your plate. But I cannot complain, the food was good.
