I am very dissatisfied with their Plan Complementario services. I went there for my surgery authorization and they said that they had already done it but 2 weeks later, i still did not get any emails from them. I went back to follow-up but it seemed that nothing was done. They don't answer the phone when you call. They offer to give their whatsapp information for faster communication but when you actually message them for follow-ups, they just ignore you and when you call, they cancel it. Some of the staff are also rude and not helpful. I think the only nice people there are the cleaning ladies. I don't recommend Compensar to anyone. Most likely after my surgery I'm gonna cancel my affiliation and find a better health insurance. Expats, if you're reading this, just don't. You'll waste your time with them. It's not worth the money.

Buenas instalaciones, amabilidad del personal.
Es muy demorado el servicio de Odontología casi una hora para que me atiendan , y en el 601 Hay una auxiliar morena grosera , Altanera, el día de hoy asistir a mi consulta con tapabocas por prevención mas no por que este enferma y ella se dirige a mi con un tono de voz expota y grosera no tiene ni la humanización de atender aun paciente eso deja mucho que decir de las personas que trabajan en COMPENSAR la atencion a desmejorado mucho .
Compensar techo. No se puede pagar con tarjeta. Te dejan morir si no llevas efectivo.
En el sexto piso consultorio 601 siempre son bastante groseros para recibir los clientes"pacientes" no saben que es cortesía ni educacion. Hacen perder mucho tiempo para dar respuesta a cualquier pregunta, y eso es siempre que uno viene seria bueno capacitar al personal medico ya que todas las personas merecen respeto. Muchas gracias y espero mejoren servicio y tiempos.
Regular la atención excelente la del coordinador
Horrible me robaron mi bicicleta no hay seguridad de ninguna no responden por las cosas que suceden dentro del centro médico y son unos groseros para la atención
