Friendly service, bought a new Sim and activated a prepaid line within minutes. Claro has one of the best cell signals in Colombia

Avoid this store. I was ripped off by the salesperson who pocketed a large portion of the money I paid to her. Went in for a sim card and prepaid data package. Was told I would get 1 GB of data for 43,000 pesos (she typed on her phone)... paid the money. There were issues from the start, and went back in to discuss. I kept recieving text messages saying that I used 80% of my data, from the time I left the store, which was not true. The receipt only indicated that i paid 2000 pesos for the sim card. In the end, I went to a real Claro store downtown and received what I paid for. Unethical staff.
