Since 1952, this place represents a lot of history in Bogotá. The best of Spain food that you can get in this side of the city with affordable prices. You have to taste the "Churros", a little biscuits cover by sugar.

Great pinchos and churros - you can tell by their large multi-generational following that they haven't changed much since 1952 except their prices - and those prices are good! - 2800 pesos for a healthy bag of sugared deep-fried little dough knots, crunchy and warm - a pincho, a deep-fried marinated pork skewer in a bun or with arepa is 2800 as well. They're moving to a corner location on the same block - I'm sure you'll find it well worth a visit if you're in Chapinero.
