Very organized office. If you show up early then you can get in line and then go in to sit down and get taken care of quickly. Our appointment was at 5 pm. We made it there at 3:40 pm instead and left at 4:45 pm with the Visa on the passport.

Quite a long line, but secure and safe
Their photo template of what is an acceptable photo is completely different from what they actually accept. Instead they send everyone around the corner to their own photo editing/print store. For 18mil they will photoshop your picture and make it look completely fake, lower the eye level to 50% (despite the template “eyes at 56%-69%”) they now want an almost 1cm (20%) blank gap from top of hairline to top of photo, and even though they say repeatedly that your photo cannot be digitally altered, it most certainly has to be. What a scam. What they want is a cropped head on a digital white background, with eye level directly on the 50% (2.5cm) middle of the photo. Shave your head bald because they want a 1cm white space above your head.
It is really fast, you spend like 5 mi minutes if you have the right photo and then you’re out, good service.
