BTL Bear

This restaurant actually rates 0 stars. Ordered via Uber Eats and after an hour plus food was delivered to the casa. Problem is we ordered 11 entres but only received 3. Tried to call the driver but he turned off his phone. Tried to contact Uber but only have an email form with a 24 hour wait time. Then worked to call CBC S. A. No phone available. Not on the receipt (required by Co law), and two different phone numbers (all cell#s) via the internet. So no way to contact CBC. Finally found a number that reached the restaurant. Was told sorry we read the order wrong, have a nice day. After some discussion with a newly graduated lawyer (family member) they agreed to reduce the full amount due from 171000 pesos to 47000 pesos. Not an appropriate solution. As we have 10 starving people waiting. Checked with my CC company and I was charged the full amount. (57 US dollars). CC co will reverse those charges. Sorry but Terrable customer service. DO NOT Recommend!

Muy mal servicio, hice un perdido por medio de uber eats, enviaron mal el perdido, por que en el restaurante se equivocaron y no lo aceptaron, le echaron la culpa a uber eats, y de colmo no quisieron hacer ningùn descuento
