After having lived there for a couple of months, it is clear that there is a lot of work to be done. For example, you can't have hot water and water pressure at the same time. The stairs of the place feel like they're falling apart. The place is dirty, cleaners only come around at the expense of the guests staying there. There is a whole room in the common area that is inaccessible due to clutter in it (bed parts, broken machines, tools and building materials) which gives this permanent sense of construction to the house. All of this coupled with owners either too busy or with a lack of interest in renovating the house which has tremendous potential. Real shame, would definitely not recommend living there unless you're a real trooper.

Es residencia para estudiantes de intercambio. Puede ser hotel por un par de noches si hablas con el dueño. Es un lugar antiguo pero agradable.
