Its incredibly annoying that none of 3 different telephone numbers I've found work for this place. The number on the AS website for the "linea de attencion nacional" doesn't even exist anymore, you get redirected to Movistar! Please maintain your information so that potential clients can communicate with you. Likewise, I tried to buy these products through Homecenter and although they took my money and had me wait 1 month for delivery that they ultimately cancelled because there was no stock in the entire country, despite advertising to the contrary! - Update: after sending email based requests for information to the AS website, I got contacted by one of their representatives by Whatsapp and the personal/instant attention she gave helped me buy one of the 2 toilets that I wanted to buy; unfortunately the other model wasn't going to be available for at least half a year because it was still being imported from North America. Am happy with the Elemento toilet I got, but its shouldn't have been so difficult and confusing to buy.
