We grow proprietary CBD and THC strains at our Colombian farm and convert them into active pharmaceutical ingredients and medical cannabis products at the EU-GMP certified facility of our JV partners Fidelio in Germany. Our business is built around 3 major principles: 1. Affordability. Cannabis is too expensive and our low cost cultivation in Colombia allows us to offer products at a fraction of today's price. 2. Oral administration forms. European doctors will not prescribe cannabis flowers once they can access safer alternatives like extracts, capsules or sprays which we co-develop with our German partners. 3. Pharma-grade quality. We grow and extract our own cannabis in Colombia under the EU-GMP quality guidelines of Fidelio.
